HCE Vision
To ensure continued excellence, Hancock Creek Elementary School must have a
clear sense of the goals it is trying to accomplish, the qualities of the school
it seeks to become, and the work that the various stakeholders in the school
must do in order to make the ideas into reality.
The following statement is intended to provide standards HCE should strive to
achieve and maintain.
The vision of Hancock Creek Elementary is to
educate all students to their fullest potential so they may become
productive members of society.
HCE Mission
The mission statement is intended to layout just how the vision can be
accomplished.
The goal or mission of Hancock Creek Elementary
is to provide a safe, secure environment that ensures the development of the
whole child. Through successful experiences, all children will grow
academically, socially, emotionally, physically and creatively.
We believe HCE to be an excellent school that provides an orderly and safe,
yet inviting climate, that is conducive to learning and protects instructional
time. HCE is staffed with colleagues who are supportive, respectful,
collaborative, and committed to one another and to student success.
