The School Board approved a three year meal price plan in 2007.  According to the plan, meal prices will increase 5 cents in 2009-2010.  Breakfast will stay at $1.00 for all students.  Extra milk will also remain the same - 40¢.

Breakfast is available each morning beginning at 7:30. Kindergarten and first grade children are to check in with their teachers prior to picking up their breakfast, second through fifth grade students are to go to the cafeteria directly from either the bus ramp or parent drop off.

Student who arrive by car and want breakfast need to be on campus prior to 7:40. Breakfast can be purchased for $1.00 and can be prepaid in addition to lunch money. Prepaying breakfast and lunch money is strongly encouraged and greatly appreciated.

Breakfast and lunches may be paid for daily or in advance. Prepayment for breakfast and lunches are encouraged and should be made first thing in the morning. Checks should be made payable to Hancock Creek Elementary. Indicate your child's first and last name on the check face. Parents are encouraged and always welcome to have lunch with their child. You must sign in at the office first and obtain a visitor sticker.

We must have a written doctor's note if you child has allergies that prevent him/her from eating or drinking specific food items. Children are not allowed to bring soda pop, glass containers or gum to school.
