SPECIAL NOTES:

  • Please write your child’s name or initials on any school supplies.

  • Basic school supplies such as pencils, crayons, and notebooks will be provided by the school. 

  • Each fourth and fifth grade student will receive a free student planner. If they lose or destroy their planner, they will be asked to purchase a new one at the cost of $5.00.
