HCE Roundup (Before and After School Program)
The Roundup program is designed to provide safe, enjoyable, child care for your K-5 child. Child care is offered both before and after school on our campus by trained school personnel. Students who attend the Roundup Program will enjoy recreational activities, arts and crafts, outdoor play, computer time, as well as homework time. Registration information is available in the school office.
AM Roundup 6:30 a.m. – 8:15 a.m.
PM Roundup 3:10 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

To register for the Round Up Before and After School Program you will need to review the attached brochure, scan the QR Code and complete the registration process. Please note that your spot is not guaranteed until the registration fee is paid. Payment information is below.

Payments
Starting immediately, HCE will utilize the School Cash online payment system for ALL student fees, including Round-up payments! This process will help us to better serve our families and streamline the payment procedures. Parents will be able to make secure payments conveniently from their phone or computer, receive digital receipts, and view their account history at any time. By transitioning to this system, we hope to improve efficiency, reduce paperwork, and make managing your child’s care more accessible.
